Do not use TRISLON for

  • Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, hateful, exploitative, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, fake leads, fake reviews, phishing, malware, scraping, or credential theft.
  • Misleading offers, impersonation, false claims, prohibited products, regulated services without proper permissions, or unsafe advice.
  • Uploading content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or platform rules.
  • Storing medical records, detailed health information, full payment-card data, government identifiers, biometric data, or other highly sensitive information without TRISLON's express written approval and suitable safeguards.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication, billing, plan limits, rate limits, security controls, or data access boundaries.

Platform and payment compliance

Customers are responsible for following the rules of platforms they use with TRISLON, including Stripe, Meta, Google, email providers, ad networks, review platforms, and messaging platforms.

Enforcement

TRISLON may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, cancel subscriptions, or report activity where needed to protect users, visitors, payment providers, platforms, or legal obligations.
