Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription refunds, trials, cancellations, and billing mistakes are handled for TRISLON.

MVP refund window

For the MVP launch, customers may request a refund within 14 days of the first paid subscription charge if the service was not used in a way that created substantial value, exported assets, delivered setup work, or consumed significant AI/usage costs.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods.
  • Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe or TRISLON indicates otherwise.

Non-refundable cases

  • Completed priority setup or custom implementation work.
  • Heavy use of AI generation, uploads, campaigns, chatbot, automation, or exported assets during the billing period.
  • Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, spam, chargeback misuse, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

How to request a refund

Email support with the account email, Stripe invoice or receipt, reason for the request, and any relevant details. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method.
