Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the legal rules that apply when you access or use TRISLON, including our website, dashboard, mini-sites, CRM, AI tools, analytics, billing, and related services.
Agreement to our legal terms
We are TRISLON ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate https://www.trislon.com and related products and services that link to these Terms of Use, collectively called the "Services".
You can contact us by email at olexiy.velykyi.dev@gmail.com or by post at 106 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire PE1 4YG, United Kingdom.
These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and TRISLON concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Supplemental terms, policies, or documents posted on the Services are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time by changing the Last updated date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Our services
TRISLON provides software tools for local businesses, including mini-sites, lead capture, CRM, calendar workflows, AI content tools, campaign planning, review workflows, chatbot features, analytics, subscriptions, and related automation. The Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity where such use would be contrary to law or would require us to register in that jurisdiction. Users who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.
2. Intellectual property rights
Our intellectual property
We own or license the intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials (together, the "Content" and "Marks"). The Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and download or print portions of Content that you have properly accessed, solely for your internal business purposes or personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, no part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for a commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
Requests for permission may be sent to olexiy.velykyi.dev@gmail.com. If we grant permission, you must identify us as the owner or licensor and keep any copyright or proprietary notices visible.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Any breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms and may immediately end your right to use the Services.
Your submissions
If you directly send us questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information about the Services ("Submissions"), you assign to us all intellectual property rights in those Submissions to the extent permitted by law.
You agree that we may use and share Submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledgement or compensation to you. You are responsible for ensuring your Submissions are lawful, accurate, non-confidential, and do not violate third-party rights.

9. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, modify, remove, suspend, discontinue, or update the Services, Content, prices, plan limits, integrations, or features at any time and for any reason. We have no obligation to update information on the Services.
We cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Hardware, software, network, provider, maintenance, security, or other issues may cause interruptions, delays, or errors. We are not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by inability to access or use the Services during downtime or discontinuance, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and TRISLON irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising in connection with these Terms, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.
11. Dispute resolution
Informal negotiations
To help resolve disputes efficiently, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice from one party to the other, except where urgent injunctive relief or protection of intellectual property, privacy, security, or unauthorised use is required.
Court proceedings
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, either party may bring proceedings in the courts specified in the Governing law section, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use of them, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. 14. Limitations of liability

We may assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defence.
16. User data
We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services to manage performance, provide features, support security, and operate the Services. Although we may perform routine backups, you are responsible for data that you transmit, publish, import, export, or otherwise manage through the Services.
You agree that we will not be liable for loss or corruption of data to the fullest extent permitted by law. You should keep independent copies of important business, customer, legal, or marketing records.
17. Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures
Using the Services, sending emails, accepting policies, completing forms, subscribing, or clicking buttons can constitute electronic communications and transactions. You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, policies, records, and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions remain valid. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Terms or use of the Services.
