Service

TRISLON provides mini-sites, lead capture, CRM, calendar workflows, AI content tools, campaign planning, review workflows, chatbot features, analytics, and automation for local businesses.

Account responsibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for your account, team access, business content, customer communications, published mini-site, legal notices, offers, prices, and the accuracy of information you publish.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TRISLON for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, spam, malware, phishing, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use free-text forms, chatbot knowledge, uploads, or CRM notes to store medical records, full payment-card data, government identifiers, biometric data, or other highly sensitive information unless TRISLON has expressly agreed suitable safeguards in writing.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, billing, rate limits, security checks, or access controls.
• Do not use AI outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice without qualified review.

AI outputs

AI-generated content can be useful but may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review messages, campaigns, replies, recommendations, and website copy before publishing or sending them.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe unless a plan is explicitly granted by an administrator for testing or setup. Plan access depends on subscription status and may be reduced when payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or access is otherwise invalid.

Data processing

The Data Processing Terms form part of these Terms when TRISLON processes customer, lead, booking, or other personal data for a business owner. The owner is responsible for providing its own visitors and customers with appropriate privacy information and establishing a lawful basis for its processing.

Availability and changes

TRISLON may change features, limits, prices, integrations, or availability over time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but no software service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
